Apex Hotels has worked with Crowthorne for 5 years and in that time, we have found them to have all the relevant voice expertise to support a growing 4 Star hotel group such as Apex.
Crowthorne have been responsible for managing our call traffic and line rentals over the whole course of our relationship, monitoring reduced costs and all issues with our voice circuits. More recently, they have provided the Mitel PBX maintenance support for the newer estate additions to our hotel group.
In early 2009 they have completed the installation of a new Mitel 3300 phone system for our new Apex Waterloo Place Hotel in Edinburgh. They competently absorbed any issues and dealt with them both professionally and without fuss, increasing our confidence in their overall capability.
In the third quarter of this year, 2009, they will present their vision of a voice convergence solution to Apex.

Since 2003, Crowthorne has been providing Rocco Forte Hotels with competitive call tariffs and substantial savings through line consolidation, as well as a variety of telecoms solutions, including PBX supply and maintenance. They have built up a comprehensive billing solution for our UK and German properties, acting as the point of contact for all our carrier requirements and support, where their relationship with the carriers is a real plus point. Our long standing relationship is a testament to Crowthorne as a company and we are planning to build on this going forwards with a group wide roll out of IP telephony over MPLS throughout UK, Germany, then Europe and RoW.
